TREE PRUNING IN AUGUST
In August we had a friendly visit from the Mayor during which he hinted that we ought to do something about the overhanging branches which were causing difficulties with tall lorries and farm vehicles. We decided to take the hint and arranged for a tree surgeon equipped with a huge shredder to cut back the branches and spread the chipped debris at the base of the trees. The photos show how the appearance of our road has changed dramatically.
